Driven by a passion for compelling narratives, Jason launched his filmmaking journey nine years ago, honing his craft at Columbia College Chicago. His early career saw him return to St. Louis, where he dove into the fast-paced world of wedding cinematography with Switzerfilm. There, under the guidance of seasoned mentors, he meticulously refined his post-production expertise and developed a keen eye for impactful editing.

Jason's inherent desire for long-form storytelling resurfaced, leading him to collaborate with Coolfire Studios on an ambitious Olympic-themed documentary. After a full-time stint with Coolfire in 2022, he embraced the freedom of freelancing that same summer. 

Today, Jason thrives as an independent editor, continuously pushing the boundaries of his creative abilities. He tackles every project with unwavering dedication, a fresh perspective, and an unparalleled commitment to excellence, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
